Trouble ticketing system now open to all customers

Every Certified Ilevo Engineer is now able to contact Ilevo 3rd level support with a simple click. Ilevo's trouble ticketing system allows customers to create a message or 'ticket' and report a PLC problem they are facing. With a short time response, Ilevo engineers then give information to address the problem. The history of those discussions is stored in our database, providing both customers and maintenance staff with an overview of the PLC network and incidents that occurred. A dynamic and interactive support, closer to customers' needs.
